Novidec grew from an independent scientific consultancy. It was incorporated in its present form in 2004 with a mission to promote scientific approaches to decision making in all areas of business. In particular, probabilistic methodologies are used to create repeatable processes for dealing with uncertainty.

Novidec's management have decades of experience in developing, using and marketing scientific methods for industrial purposes. Novidec is one hundred percent owned by its employees and is debt-free. This allows us to truly put customer satisfaction first. We strive to build lasting relationships with our clients and deliver value through exemplary dedication to their needs.

We work with a small core team, which reflects our focus and flexibility, but we can draw on a network of associates to build larger teams.

Our services are used by renowned blue chip companies as well as by software suppliers. For the latter we provide assistance with product development and marketing, as well as bespoke software modules for statistical and mathematical procedures.
